Our Menu

The menu features famous Maritime seafood, imaginative meat dishes, flavorful pastas, refreshing salads, and mouth-watering desserts, all prepared personally by co-owner Chef Roland Glauser.

 

The menu choices have been influenced by many of the delicious meals that Roland and Kathleen have enjoyed during their travels.

 

Take-home meals are also available.
